Administrator - Advanced Excel

An experienced Administrator is required for a leading Cosmetic company based in West Sussex. You will join an experienced team where longevity in the company is certainly something, they pride themselves on. A salary of up to £23,000 is offered, depending on experience.
The first step for this role would be an online Excel test, which you must pass with excellence to be considered for an interview.
You will sit in the product development team where you will predominantly be responsible for purchasing and stock control. You will contact suppliers on a regular basis and order their products which are required.
You will check that products are being purchased at the best price, keeping the manufacturer up to date with special offers.

The Administrator will ideally have the following experience:
- Advanced proven Excel skills – VLOOKUP knowledge
- Excellent administration skills
- Purchasing experience would be a huge advantage
- Driving license due to limited public transport due to rural location
Commute from Crawley, Horsham and Brighton
